The rates are reproduced from GSA’s published files and are believed to be accurate for the fiscal years shown. Rates can be corrected or changed by GSA during a year; the official figures are those published by GSA. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, financial or travel-policy advice, and calculations do not decide what any agency will reimburse.

The underlying rate data is a U.S. Government work in the public domain. The site’s own text, charts and code are © 2026 Connor Bailey; short quotations with a link are welcome.
